Notice of Annual General Meeting 2024
The Annual General Meeting of the City of Southampton Orchestra will take place on Tuesday 19th November 2024 at 19:30 in the main hall at Richard Taunton Sixth Form College, Hill Lane, Southampton, Hampshire SO15 5RL

Agenda - please submit questions or topics for Any Other Business to the secretary in advance of the meeting csorchsecretary@gmail.com. To be received no later than Friday 15th November 2024 to ensure there is time to gather any information required before the AGM.
** The following Committee posts are up for election:

· Secretary
*** Nominations for Committee posts for the coming year can be received by the secretary to csorchsecretary@gmail.com up to the start of the AGM. A nomination form for this purpose is attached. The consent of all persons nominated must first be obtained. If more than one nomination for a role is received an election will be held.

UPDATE 8th November:-
Ahead of the AGM on 19/11/24, please find below links to the annual reports from the Chair, Orchestra Manager and Treasurer, plus the CSO accounts for 2023/24. Please give some thought to Judith's request for a couple of assistants to help share the load.
The Principal Conductor's report will be shared on the night and circulated thereafter.
