Notice of Annual General Meeting 2025

 

The Annual General Meeting of the City of Southampton Orchestra will take place on Tuesday 25th November 2025 at 19:30 in the main hall at Richard Taunton Sixth Form College, Hill Lane, Southampton, Hampshire SO15 5RL

 

All members are invited and encouraged to attend. Please email apologies in advance to csorchestrachair@gmail.com

* Agenda - please submit questions or topics for Any Other Business to the secretary in advance of the meeting csorchestrachair@gmail.com. To be received no later than Friday 14th November 2025 to ensure there is time to gather any information required before the AGM.

 

** The following Committee posts are up for election:

• Secretary

• Orchestra Manager

• Publicity & Engagement Lead

 

*** Nominations for Committee posts for the coming year can be received by the secretary to csorchestrachair@gmail.com up to the start of the AGM. A nomination form for this purpose is attached. The consent of all persons nominated must first be obtained. If more than one nomination for a role is received an election will be held.
